1 Translate to Chinese…but which Chinese ?

Chinese is a multiple language. Three terms are commonly used to describe the same language: Chinese / Mandarin / Putonghua + Cantonese (spoken in the South East)

2 What to translate ?

Should the selected documents be completely translated? Is there no content totally contextual to France or cultural references which cannot be understood by a Chinese reader? And most importantly, do not forget visiting cards...they are an absolute must in China.

3 Should names of products be translated ?

A question of strategy and maturity level of your project.

4 What about names of persons, of your partners ? And job titles ?

A phonetic translation? A translation with a specific meaning to be identified?
