Translation for the Information Technology (IT) environment One of Trad Online's unique assets is that one of its partners is an expert IT engineer who graduated from the ESIEE Management school in Paris. Backed by a strong experience spanning several years in the development and management of information technology projects in the financial and banking sectors, he manages a team of translators specializing in IT, mainly in English, German and Spanish. These projects cover different subjects: online help, user manuals, training manuals, procedure guides, coding/programming guides, electronic document management, protocol descriptions, security policies, special applications and software, CRM, CMS and ERP software, all documents related to computer networks, datamining, datawarehouse, etc. As in the case of technical translations, we generally put in place for these projects, owing to the large translation volumes, a translation glossary at the minimum or a project-specific translation memory (usually with the help of Trados, translation assistance software).
