Quality Requirements

Following are the rigorous criteria that we adopt (in order to ensure the 
quality of our services) before considering any recruitment request:

1. We do not recruit on contract basis (Fixed-term contract, Open-ended 
   contract, etc.). Our associates are exclusively freelancers and independent 
   workers.
2. We work only with translators who translate into their mother tongue.
3. Although some of our associates do not hold degrees/certificates specific to 
   translation, they have long years of experience in this profession: you must 
   have a good experience of translating in a professional environment and/or 
   have pursued a university course in this field. If you have neither a 
   translation diploma nor any experience in this field, please do not apply 
   at this point in time.
4. You must have an impeccable level of grammar and spelling.
5. You must have a taste for quality work and must dedicate yourself completely to each project.
6. You must be registered with the Tax and Professional organization of your country (in France, URSSAF).
