<p><strong>Emmanuel : </strong>J&rsquo;ai pass&eacute; 20ans dans la publicit&eacute; comme cr&eacute;atif en agence puis en free lance, ensuite j&rsquo;ai fait un break en &eacute;crivant des concepts d&rsquo;&eacute;missions et scenarii de courts m&eacute;trages puis comme com&eacute;dien surtout th&eacute;&acirc;tre et quelques pastilles sur canal +&hellip; Je suis revenu sur la communication comme free lance puis charg&eacute; d&rsquo;&eacute;tudes marketing avant de lancer l&rsquo;agence de cr&eacute;ation de marque d&rsquo;innovation et de communication Nouveau Sens en Avril 2007, afin d&rsquo;y d&eacute;velopper un concept innovant, de l&rsquo;&eacute;diter et de lancer in fine le site <a href="http://www.speednaming.com/" target="création de noms de marque">speednaming.com</a>, la premi&egrave;re agence de naming online, depuis le 1er trimestre 2008.Nouveau Sens est une agence d&rsquo;innovation de communication et cr&eacute;ation de marque. Elle s&rsquo;investit essentiellement dans des projets &agrave; forte valeur ajout&eacute;e demandant plus de disponibilit&eacute; pour des clients petits ou grands&hellip;Speednaming.com est la premi&egrave;re agence de naming on line traitant de front la partie cr&eacute;ative et les aspects juridiques&hellip;&Ecirc;tre un facilitateur des d&eacute;marches administratives juridiques et cr&eacute;atives&hellip;</p>

	<strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>:&nbsp; La gen&egrave;se de ton site http://www.speednaming.com &nbsp;: l&rsquo;id&eacute;e de base &ndash; l&rsquo;&eacute;tincelle qui a fait que tu as d&eacute;cid&eacute; de te lancer ?<br />
	<strong>Emmanuel : </strong> Au d&eacute;but, j&rsquo;avais la ferme intention d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre un acteur du net et j&rsquo;ai donc d&eacute;velopp&eacute; plusieurs projets. Puis celui-ci est&nbsp; devenu une &eacute;vidence. Il n&rsquo;y avait rien &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;poque sur le march&eacute; pouvant prendre &agrave; bras le corps les aspects juridiques et cr&eacute;atifs d&rsquo;un seul coup de clic pour un quidam, une PME, un responsable de marque, sans parler des co&ucirc;ts excessifs qui d&eacute;passaient l&rsquo;imagination de nombreux clients. La premi&egrave;re amorce fut une amie qui me demanda un nom pour une manifestation publique.<br />
	Elle avait pass&eacute; des nuits et n&rsquo;y arrivait pas. A partir de l&agrave;, l&rsquo;id&eacute;e a fait son chemin et a confirm&eacute; le fait qu&rsquo;il fallait que je pousse plus loin le concept&hellip;L&rsquo;id&eacute;e finale &eacute;tant de rendre le naming accessible &agrave; tous, une sorte de d&eacute;mocratisation de la cr&eacute;ation de marque .</p>
<p>	<strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>: Ton site en V2 est tout r&eacute;cent&hellip;entre ton projet papier, la V1 et la r&eacute;alit&eacute; du site actuellement, quelles sont les diff&eacute;rences, les &eacute;volutions ? <br />
	<strong>Emmanuel : </strong>Bien s&ucirc;r entre la V1 et aujourd&rsquo;hui, il y a un foss&eacute; en effet. Entre-temps il ne faut pas oublier qu&rsquo;il y a&nbsp; eu la crise financi&egrave;re et celle-ci a fait le m&eacute;nage un peu partout m&ecirc;me dans notre profession. Il a fallu r&eacute;ajuster les offres, les rendre plus souples, abandonner les packs qui &eacute;taient un peu trop lourds et sans doute encore trop on&eacute;reux vu le contexte&hellip;</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>: Comment vois-tu l&rsquo;&eacute;volution de ton offre &agrave; horizon 1 an et plus&nbsp;?<br />
	<strong>Emmanuel : </strong>Qui peut me parler de visibilit&eacute; sur un an ? Difficile en ce moment&hellip;Pour ce qui est de l&rsquo;offre, rien ne va bouger pour l&rsquo;instant.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>: Au sujet de ton offre &laquo;&nbsp;brand monitoring&nbsp;&raquo;, comment est organis&eacute; le backoffice, la fonction de production de ton offre ? <br />
	<strong>Emmanuel : </strong>La surveillance de marque fait tourner des serveurs sp&eacute;cialis&eacute;s jours et nuits qui vont donner lieu &agrave; un rapport en fonction des r&eacute;sultats de la surveillance&hellip;Dans ce rapport, on jugera s&rsquo;il y a une similitude, un r&eacute;el danger pour la marque mise sous surveillance&hellip;</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>: Le sujet du contr&ocirc;le/monitoring est un vrai sujet&hellip;On parle de plus en plus du monitoring de sa pr&eacute;sence online (identit&eacute; personnelle num&eacute;rique), une entreprise bas&eacute;e &agrave; Londres a r&eacute;cemment beaucoup communiqu&eacute; sur ce sujet et propose des services de &laquo;&nbsp;correction&nbsp;&raquo; de la r&eacute;putation&nbsp;? Est-ce diff&eacute;rent du brand monitoring et penses-tu aller aussi sur ce sujet&nbsp;?<br />
	<strong>Emmanuel : </strong>Nous sommes avant tout une agence de cr&eacute;ation de nom et speednaming, une agence online&hellip; Nous ne toucherons pas &agrave; l&rsquo;e-r&eacute;putation ou au personnal branding, gestion de sa propre image qui est assez loin du m&eacute;tier de cr&eacute;ation de marque&hellip;Oui, c&rsquo;est diff&eacute;rent du brand monitoring puisque nous n&rsquo;avons pas encore d&eacute;pos&eacute; notre nom de famille&nbsp;(sourire) quoique certains le d&eacute;posent quand le produit ou le service porte le m&ecirc;me nom que son cr&eacute;ateur&hellip;Non, je pense qu&rsquo;il faut apprendre, comme dans la vie tout simplement, &agrave; faire attention &agrave; ce que l&rsquo;on dit, ce que l&rsquo;on &eacute;crit ou diffuse, m&ecirc;me cette interview qui sera publique et qui sera lue par la concurrence. Il est donc important de ma&icirc;triser ses propres informations. Pour ce qui est du brand monitoring, une soci&eacute;t&eacute; qui a engag&eacute; de l&rsquo;argent pour cr&eacute;er sa marque et la faire vivre consid&egrave;re que sa marque est un actif de l&rsquo;entreprise. Il est alors l&eacute;gitime de la mettre sous surveillance pour tenter d&#39;&eacute;viter que certains alt&egrave;rent son potentiel, en tirant profit de sa notori&eacute;t&eacute; par exemple.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>: Nous sommes une agence de <strong>traduction </strong>et nos clients nous demandent parfois de <strong>traduire </strong>leurs campagnes de SEO (portefeuille de mots cl&eacute;s) en fonction de la pertinence de tel ou tel mot cl&eacute;. Tu as une offre France, Europe et Monde. As-tu int&eacute;gr&eacute; la <strong>traduction </strong>dans ton offre ou &agrave; d&eacute;faut, le contr&ocirc;le de r&eacute;f&eacute;rences en plusieurs langues&nbsp;? Sur quelles ressources t&rsquo;appuies-tu pour faire du monitoring dans toutes les langues&nbsp;?</p>
<p><strong>Emmanuel : </strong>Nous ne surveillons que la marque dans sa globalit&eacute; en faisant abstraction de son sens. Quand nous surveillons une marque, celle-ci doit ne faire aucune allusion &agrave; une marque enregistr&eacute;e ni avoir une quelconque similitude avec une marque connue. Dans le cas contraire, nous le signalons dans le rapport</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>: Concernant speednaming, nous sommes parfois sollicit&eacute;s aussi pour op&eacute;rer un contr&ocirc;le linguistique des noms potentiels (sens cach&eacute;s, sentiments &agrave; la lecture, etc., contre propositions&hellip;) et nous nous appuyons sur notre r&eacute;seau de traducteurs. Comment proc&egrave;des-tu de ton c&ocirc;t&eacute;&nbsp;?<br />
	<strong>Emmanuel : </strong>Nous avons des correspondants mais pas assez &agrave; mon go&ucirc;t et finalement c&rsquo;est vrai, j&rsquo;y vois l&agrave; une synergie dont je n&rsquo;avais pas pens&eacute;. Je vais vous contacter prochainement &agrave; ce sujet.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>: Quels sont les conseils, si tu en as, que tu souhaites donner &agrave; de futurs entrepreneurs ?<br />
	<strong>Emmanuel : </strong>Quoiqu&rsquo;ils fassent l&rsquo;id&eacute;e de d&eacute;part va fatalement &eacute;voluer et &agrave; mon sens c&rsquo;est cette &eacute;volution qui va faire booster l&rsquo;entreprise.<br />
	On ne peut se lancer sans prendre en compte les param&egrave;tres ext&eacute;rieurs : le bateau peut &ecirc;tre tr&egrave;s beau, les voiles de haute technicit&eacute;, c&rsquo;est en pleine mer, en fonction de la vitesse du vent, de l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de la mer et de son propre comportement face aux impr&eacute;vus que l&rsquo;on arrivera ou non &agrave; bon port&hellip;</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline </span></strong>: Profitons de cet espace qui t&rsquo;est donn&eacute;, aujourd&rsquo;hui, que recherches-tu ?<br />
	<strong>Emmanuel : </strong>Plein de choses&#8230;.speednaming est une marque communautaire. Dans ce cadre, je souhaiterais cr&eacute;er des antennes en Europe. S&rsquo;il y a des candidats, je suis ouvert&hellip;Je cherche aussi des r&eacute;dacteurs adeptes de la cr&eacute;ation de marque afin d&rsquo;&eacute;toffer mon r&eacute;seau de cr&eacute;atifs. Enfin, un peu plus de curiosit&eacute; aussi de la part d&rsquo;une certaine presse&hellip;Heureusement que vous &ecirc;tes l&agrave; pour nous donner cet espace&nbsp;et &agrave; ce titre, je vous remercie.</p>

<p>Une des concr&eacute;tisations tr&egrave;s op&eacute;rationnelle de l&#39;&eacute;tude sur le <a href="http://www.tradonline.fr/blog/2009/11/etude-the-language-technology-centre-filiere-europeenne-de-la-traduction/" target="Etude sur la traduction en Europe">march&eacute; europ&eacute;en de la traduction</a> a &eacute;t&eacute; le lancement r&eacute;cent du master europ&eacute;en de <strong>traduction</strong>. 34 programmes d&#39;universit&eacute; ont &eacute;t&eacute; s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;s pour participer &agrave; ce programme europ&eacute;en (voir ci dessous les programmes retenus).</p>
<p>Les objectifs sont les suivants :</p>
<p>- cr&eacute;er un label europ&eacute;en de qualit&eacute; des diff&eacute;rentes formations.</p>
<p>- identifier les comp&eacute;tences que doivent et devront d&eacute;tenir les <strong>traducteurs </strong>dipl&ocirc;m&eacute;s (voir le <a href="http://ec.europa.eu/dgs/translation/programmes/emt/key_documents/emt_competences_translators_fr.pdf" target="Compétences du traducteur">document suivant </a>pour une liste exhaustive) : </p>

<li>1 &#8211; dimension de service (axe interpersonnelle, axe production) </li>
<li>2 &#8211; dimension linguistique&nbsp; </li>
<li>3 &#8211; dimension interculturelle&nbsp; </li>
<li>4 -&nbsp; dimension extraction d&#39;information&nbsp; </li>
<li>5 &#8211; dimension th&eacute;matique&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
<li>6 &#8211; dimension technologique.</li>
</ul>
<p>Autour d&#39;une organisation : un comit&eacute; de pilotage, des groupes projet, des experts et un input fort de la recherche. Ce programme est extr&ecirc;mement int&eacute;ressant et illustre une fois de plus que le m&eacute;tier de <strong>traducteurs </strong>se complexifie. Une maitrise de langues est essentielle certes&#8230;mais savoir porter un service, identifier, s&eacute;duire et conserver des clients, utiliser des outils vari&eacute;s, rester au courant des &eacute;volutions de son secteur de pr&eacute;dilection, savoir construire une grille tarifaire, etc&#8230;</p>
<p>On s&#39;achemine tout droit vers un glissement traducteur&#8211;&gt; micro-entrepreneur, voir auto-entrepreneur (glissement d&eacute;j&agrave; r&eacute;alis&eacute;es par les traducteurs les plus &quot;business oriented&quot;).</p>

	<span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);"><strong>David</strong></span>: My name is David Talamelli &ndash; I am one of the Principal Recruiters for Oracle in the APAC region and I am a social media/blogging enthusiast.</p>

	<strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline</span></strong>: Let&rsquo;s talk first about you, and your work. Please tell us about your business and your industry. <br />
	<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);">David</span></strong>: I am a Principal Recruiter for Oracle Corporation in the APAC Region and am based in Melbourne, Australia. In my role I am responsible for end to end recruitment for Oracle across Australia and New Zealand with exposure across other APAC countries.&nbsp; I have been with Oracle in their APAC Recruitment Division since early 2006. I have 10+ years IT Recruitment experience with previous roles onsite at Hewlett-Packard and also at GAP IT Consulting. I created and run Oracle&rsquo;s Global Recruitment Blog which has grown to over 1600+ subscribers over the last 12 months.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline</span></strong>: What is your involvement in the international arena? What is your strategy to target markets abroad? <br />
	<span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);"><strong>David</strong></span>: Oracle has a Global Team of Recruiters who are responsible for sourcing, identifying and attracting talented individuals into our company. As part of my role I work with colleagues from all locations and have handled recruitment campaigns in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and India.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline</span></strong>: How do you see the future of your industry? <br />
	<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);">David</span></strong>: The Recruitment Industry has a bright future for those Recruiters who can provide a real value added service to their clients and for those who can provide a high level of customer service. I think in recruitment we are seeing these changes taking place:</p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Web 2.0 technologies will continue to gain acceptance and usage in the Recruitment Industry.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Candidates will make decisions about joining your company based on information from multiple sources.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recruitment is becoming a much more transparent function than it has been in the past.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recruitment is no longer just about recruiting; it is increasingly taking on marketing/branding responsibility.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There is less reliance on reactive candidate sourcing strategies and greater use of proactive recruitment practices.<br />
		&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline</span></strong>: Do you find that your industry has been hit by the down turn at all? <br />
	<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);">David</span></strong>: Over the past 12 months we have not have had as many open vacancies as we have had in previous years, however we are now starting to see many of our businesses getting busier and again focusing on their recruitment needs. From my understanding the Recruitment Industry in general has gone through a large consolidation as a result of this downturn.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline</span></strong>: We work at Trad Online in the translation industry, tell us your vision from outside the industry: what is your perception of translators, translation agencies, etc? <br />
	<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);">David</span></strong>: In my experience I have not required the support of a translation agency and have not had the opportunity to really explore this industry in any level of depth. At this stage I do not have any perception (either negative or positive) about the translation industry.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline</span></strong>: Now a few questions about another point of interest: blogging&hellip; What would you recommend to someone wishing to start a blog? Any tips on &ldquo;good blogging&rdquo;? <br />
	<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);">David</span></strong>: I think these are a few good points to remember if you are going to start blogging:</p>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Being genuine &ndash; It&rsquo;s all about karma. Be human</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Being committed &ndash; Blog regularly and reply to you readers, that&rsquo;s what your blog is for</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Being interesting &ndash; Don&rsquo;t be afraid to express your thoughts and opinions</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Treat your online networks the same way you would treat your in person networks<br />
		&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong><span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 128);">Tradonline</span></strong>: What made you initially want to start blogging? <br />
	<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);">David</span></strong>: I started the Oracle Recruitment Blog for a few different reasons:</p>

<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide people with an insight into what it is like to work at Oracle</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide people with an avenue to contact us about potential opportunities at Oracle</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Talk to a community of readers and share information that will help them in job search. It is about contributing and engaging with people</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide an unbiased Recruiters viewpoint that Candidates do not always get exposure to</li>

	I enjoy blogging I think because I enjoy writing, for me sometimes it is a good release valve to express my thoughts, ideas and opinions and it provides a bit of a creative spark to my day.</p>

Blogs are not meant to be a press release or marketing strategy but I think they should give people an honest peek into a company&rsquo;s culture and industry. Blogging is not not new, however it has crossed into mainstream communication. I think that companies who do not utilize this communication channel to talk to their customers/clients are putting themselves at a disadvantage as they are missing out on the opportunity to communicate to a wide audience of readers.</p>

	<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 140, 0);">David</span></strong>: I think content is king when it comes to increasing visibility of your blog. If you are not providing content that interests people and share information that your readers want to read, you will struggle to gain many readers. Besides quality content, off the top of my head &ndash; If you utilize many of the SEO tools you will help ensure that people can find you when they are looking for your area of expertise in their searches.</p>
