Eloy Leytte, one of our Spanish representatives, shares his experience as Local Manager for Trad Online Spain.  

Perhaps the key process in the evolution from a translation agency into a translation company is the implementation of well-structured project management procedures.

The Spanish Trad Online branch was launched in 2009 and although the current economy certainly demanded a lot from our team, we are now at a very interesting stage in our development, in which the role of project managers is more crucial than ever.

Projects are growingly complex and step by step we have developed quality-centered PM procedures to raise to these new challenges. Meeting customer expectations about deadlines and prices can be quite difficult given the current economy and enjoying this dynamic, changing environment is critical for a project manager.

I am certainly excited at the new developments in our branch and look forward to continuing progress in the coming months. Stay tuned for our updates!
